Dennis Korthouwer is owner of Valcon Ventures BV, a private investment company through which he grows and funds early stage ventures.
After a first-in-class MBA, Dennis was appointed CEO for a loss-making media company, increasing market share from 0.8% to 3.8% in just 9 months; paving the way for a sale to Talpa. Then, in the midst of the 2008 Financial Crisis, he started Hit Utopia, got over $3 million from Angel Investors in Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Israel, and USA, patented technology, developed software in India, hardware in Taiwan, and sold it worldwide.
Since June 2021, Valcon has added more than 20 ventures to its portfolio.
